I wrote a little Ruby script today by hand. It was fun and rewarding, I recommend it.
It's my day off, man. My text editor is powered by money.
I didn't know you could write scripts by hand. What programs do you recommend to do this intense text editing? :P
Today I used Vim, the kids use Zed, when I started I used BBEdit, I have fond memories of TextMate, and I'll never miss VS Code. 😁
I learned emacs in college and now I don't know how to use a keyboard without those bindings. Thankfully I talk into Parakeet and Claude does all of my thinking for me now. It's a crazy new world. :q!
Hey name-neighbor! I will consider the recommendation. Writing rust currently, but I’m sure there’s more than iron ore deeper down.
