20 Years of Digital Life, Gone in an Instant, thanks to Apple

This reminded me it’s been a while since I reviewed my backup plan. This is a horrible situation, and not totally surprising unfortunately (although still shocking). Some of the worst support I’ve ever received was from Apple.
