some of the best views of hood are in the middle of the river for some reason. i always wanna stop the car
Same here! I want to walk the I-205 bridge sometime although I think the path is in the middle. You can walk on either side of the I-5 bridge.
after I took this I went to the other side but by the time I got there it was too dark
yeah it’s in the middle on 205 for at least part of the way.
why walk the 205 then if the i-5 walkways are better?

It's just a different view of the mountain, a bit closer and less obstructed (theoretically). Although I love the waterfront in the foreground from I-5.

Every time I'm driving back into Gresham on the 84 and see Mount Hood I just think about how much I love it here. Gorgeous, great picture
