Sitting amidst piles of unread books just posting away
I love ordering books and piling them up!
Same, I think it is my hobby
What else are we supposed to be doing with these things other than stacking them?
Sometimes I take them out to admire, to imagine having read them
Hmm good tip! Maybe take a picture of yourself holding the book and look reflective? Put a sepia filter on it?

If you ever want econ/finance/investing book recs, hit me up! I focused on econ in college and love it, and worked in the personal finance/investing space for a bit. This is only some of my books in that category

- Also, here’s mine! Quote yours? Let’s de-shame the stack of unread books! bsky.app/profile/mjwh...
Which stack? I have like three different ones; they kinda migrate around 😬
I love this. Expedited way to find like-minded peeps. I have many of those books on my shelves, some read, some not yet.
- Yeah I have stacks all over the place. I’ll try to quote post one tomorrow @mjwhansen.com 😁 For now here’s my current bedside table stack. Finished Dune Messiah, mostly done with Wild Faith.
